Theo has held roles at The New York Times, HuffingtonPost, NowThisNews, Hearst, The Hill, and most recently at The Messenger, a startup focused on unbiased news, where he serves as CTO. He has over a decade of experience working as a hands-on full-stack developer before transitioning into leadership roles. 

Theo is eager to connect with founders about startup ideas and technical solution design options with an emphasis on pragmatic, results-oriented approaches. Some areas of focus for him are content management systems, technical SEO, global technology team building and management, scaling and caching solutions, as well as end-user and business-user workflows. Although his experience is primarily in media and content, he is also interested in discussing projects in other domains.
